Stefanie is our RMT and is an honours graduate of Trillium College Kingston Campus. She has deep desire to help people with their overall physical and mental health. Her passion is to improve mobility, reduce pain and help you to maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Stefanie has advanced training in Cupping Therapy, and TMJ dysfunction. She loves deep tissue work and trigger point therapy, and she is also trained in Hot Stones and Indian Scalp massage for those in need of relaxation and de- stressing.
